Zeus
Heir to Glory
Demon Raider (Demon)
Cyclone
A long, long time ago, equines lived together in peace, never fighting, never arguing. Peace. Canis lupus were the same, actually loving each other. Times were of greatness and no one ever thought of power. The Lord Zeus had been placed upon this land by The God of Equines hundreds of years ago to keep the peace between each other. About several years ago, two stallions stood out from the rest...
A large, but very young ebon hued colt stood silently, his nostrils flaring with the scent of blood. His dark orbs fell upon the mutilated carcass of his father, foolish enough to try and stop his plans. Auds flicked backwards, listening to his cousin speak. Demon, I will find and kill your idiotic mother before she tells of your secrets to the Light Lord. The gypsy vanner said quietly, his growing mane slightly moving with the breeze. The friesian and gypsy vanner were quite large for their age, their age two exactly. Built strongly and very muscular, they knew they were strong and they both joined. The ebony one continued to stare at his fathers body, a large pool of blood forming. Good. Exactly what you should do. Demon paused for only a moment Now go, find her quickly and kill her. Make her scream with pleads and forgiveness. Don't be trapped by her glamourous beauty and her lies. Kill her Cyclone. Cyclone nodded his crown and turned, cantering off, the way that his aunt had gone. Auds pinned backwards, he heard Cyclone leaving and with a lasting look at his sire, he trotted away into the darkness after his cousin...
Now as this was going on, in a meadow quite a bit away, a gray old stallion stood, watching his young colt settle down to sleep. Zeus sighed, his auds pricked forward and listening for danger that may harm his only foal. The stallion was very old but still in shape and an awesome fighter, if the time would come for him to use it. His son did not look like him, but he had the spirit and pride. Scenting the air, his dial turned quickly at the hurried arrival of his trusting friend. Sir! I was just taking a look around the land when I came upon a strong looking colt and an older one. There was also a gypsy vanner watching from a distance. He then breathed for a minute before continuing. Suddenly the colt, a friesian, lunged at the others neck and ripped it open. Then before my eyes he killed the elder one so brutally. I overheard a conversation but by then, I was trembling. The gypsy vanner or Cyclone I think his name was is going to kill the friesian's dam so she cannot tell you of his secrets or something. He took another breath and looked quietly at his Lord. They did not spot me... Were his final words. Zeus, knew that this would happen one day, but he had a colt to care for. Dipping his dial to the chestnut stallion, he excused him for the night. The chestnut nodded back and went along his way to his own herd. The old gray stud looked sadly at his one year old, afraid for him. Shaking his head, he thought the story through a couple of times before deciding that the two colts would build an army first, then start the war. Looking out across the widespread fields of scattered herds, he sighed heavily.
The deed was done. The dam of Demon lay against a tree, blood splattering the sweet grass around her carcass and pool forming also. Cyclone was also splattered with blood. For such a beauty, she was a furious fight. She was also older but still, she ripped a chunk of hide out of his hindquarters. Blood began to dry on his mane and tail, on his face and his legs. Walking over to the pond, he looked at the bloody mess he was in. Walking into the crystal water, he washed himself, cleansing the wound and the mares blood. He snorted happily as blood ran into the water and diseased the water. What are you doing? A quiet voice said. Cyclone turned quickly and pinned back his auds, Nothing. He said shortly, answering Demon's question. The ebon colt shook his torso and stamped a hoof impatiently. Come, we must get to work. Starting to walk away, he stopped in front of his dams mangled body. Lowering his maw, he drank from the pool of blood around the mother, and then continued on his way with no emotion.
Now, as you can see, the two colts have been growing mighty fine. A year or two passed and already they had many, many followers and a very large army. The two colts were now three but they did not know that their plans and actions were being heard and watched...
Zeus reared up on his hindlegs, his sharp hooves striking the air angrily. This was it. The time ha come for war. The horses who had not betrayed him or their familys were ready. Zeus turned to look at all his friends and loved ones, hoping the best for them. They were all strong, all of them. Foals had been safely placed in many different havens. Turning his large dial, the gray stallion watched as his 'army' lined up, ready to protect themselves and their family. Then his attention was turned to the other side of the valley, a piercing scream was heard. On hearing this, two shapes formed out from the other side. Cyclone and Demon. Their manes and tails had grown out, their build and spirits stronger. Behind them, groups of about thirty appeared, screaming out calls and rearing. The ebony friesian looked sharply at the army and they hushed instantly. For a few moments, the dark horses and the light horses stared at each other, nothing but silence. That would all change.
Mind chilling screams raced through the evening, horses killing and dying everywhere. They all fought viciously and bravely. The darks had lost half of their army but they were still stronger. Nobody noticed by a lone chestnut foal watched the battle from a distance, not being seen or heard. His brown opticals fell upon a young stallion, trampling a dark one to death. Auds went forward and he turned to find the old gray stallion. His sire. Looking all around he finally saw him, battling so furiously with a young black friesian. Demon and Zeus. Demon was wounded badly but still fought with feeling. A large slice on his cheek dripped with dark red blood, his neck, legs and back filled with many horror cuts and bruises. Smirking he reared and struck the elder in the face with his daggers, blowing him to the ground. Zeus screamed loudly, all horses stopping their fighting and looking towards Zeus and Demon. Demon also screamed but with joy. Towering over the fallen stallion, Zeus black orbs opened slightly. He knew that his time had come. Demon smirked greatly walking in a menacing circle around his prey. Well, what have we got here? An old fool trying to overcome and stop me? Sure you fought well, but not well enough. My last and final words to you are goodbye. Then the friesian reared up, slamming down into the gray horse's stomach and ribs. Then he rolled his large body over Zeus, crushing his bones and spine. Then the most chilling, screeching erupted from the half dead stallion who lay broken on the ground. The sound was heard all over Bloodstone, horses had already stopped fighting. The chestnut colt gasped with horror, his eyes wide with fear and loathing. Demon laughed out, his black orbs afire. Zeus then died painfully, crushed and ripped apart. Light horses who survived fled with speed and agility, racing to find havens and their foals. Furred animals appeared from the forest to behind Demon and Cyclone, waiting for the signal. Demon nodded his torso slowly and the wolves followed the horses who fled, trying to kill the ones left behind or wounded...
The past has been presented to you and now its your turn to continue the story of Bloodstone. Will you choose the Light side or the Dark? Maybe you don't know which side so it will be Neutral? Or you will choose the life of a wolf, who are also split apart now by power, divided into groups. Those who will continue with your horses and their own legacy are the following-
